I was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina and will forever be a TarHeel.  I ventured to the metropolitan area of Charlotte to earn my bachelor's degree from UNC Charlotte, explored the NC mountains at Appalachian State while earning my Master's. I came back to the triangle to raise and grow my family!  I enjoy spending time outside in nature, trying new foods, experimenting in the kitchen, crafting, bargain shopping and working out.  I grew up watching my mom throw large parties for our family and my love for creating opportunities to celebrate any occasion with loved ones grew from there.  I use my organizational, visualization and people skills to plan celebrations for friends, family, and others in my community.  My favorite part of any event is seeing the pure joy in someone's eyes when I've helped make the vision for their special day come to life.  I enjoy the challenge of managing multifaceted events and executing the small details in order to leave a maximum impact.

I get so much joy from supporting you and being your biggest advocate from the planning stage throughout your wedding day and beyond!  I am passionate about guiding couples through the planning process who want to put an emphasis on the non traditional and creative aspects of their relationship and turn it into an experience for their guests.  I want to help you intentionally design a wedding day that reflects the most loving part of your relationship from the color of the florals to the feel of the linen and even the fun surprises sprinkled throughout the day! I look forward to meeting you and helping bring the vision for your special day to life
